Can corneal transplant patients ditch steroids after one year?

Summary
This study tests a new, gentler steroid eye drop plan after corneal transplant surgery. The goal is to prevent rejection while reducing side effects like high eye pressure. About 342 adults getting a DMEK transplant will be followed for two years to see if a milder steroid works as well and if patients can safely stop all drops after one year.
