Summary

This study tests whether a computer alert that reminds doctors about treatment options can increase the use of medications for opioid use disorder. About 200,000 patients will be involved, with some doctors getting the alert and others not. The goal is to see if the alert leads to more patients receiving buprenorphine, a medication that helps with opioid addiction.
