First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a smartphone game called MedSMA℞T Mobile, designed to help parents and their teenage children learn how to use, store, and dispose of opioids safely. About 244 families will play the game for 30 minutes and complete surveys over 9 months. The goal is to see if the game improves knowledge and attitudes about opioid safety compared to standard counseling alone.
