Summary

This study tested whether a non-opioid pain drug called suzetrigine can control pain after outpatient facial plastic surgery and reduce the need for opioid pills. 100 adults took part at Mayo Clinic. Researchers measured how many opioid pills were used in the first week and how many people needed no opioids at all.
