Summary

This early-phase study tests a new drug called OP-1250 (palazestrant) combined with other targeted therapies in people with advanced or metastatic ER-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer. The main goals are to find safe doses and check for side effects. About 190 adults will join one of four treatment groups, each pairing OP-1250 with a different cancer-fighting drug.
