Summary
This study is testing whether giving breast, prostate, or colorectal cancer survivors a personal referral to a tailored nutrition and exercise program helps them eat better and move more. Participants will use a Fitbit to track activity and sleep, and attend group nutrition sessions. The goal is to see if survivors find the program useful and stick with it.
