New program aims to protect childhood cancer survivors from future health risks
NCT ID NCT05832138
Summary
This study is testing a new program called ONLOOP that reminds adult survivors of childhood cancer in Ontario to get important health screenings. Many survivors are at higher risk for heart problems, breast cancer, or colon cancer due to their past cancer treatments, but often miss recommended tests. The trial will see if personalized reminders and information help more people complete these screenings over a year.
