Summary
This study tested an online workshop for 109 family caregivers of people with dementia. The workshop taught caregiving skills and ways to manage stress and difficult emotions. The goal was to see if the workshop was easy to use and helpful for caregivers, with the hope of improving their well-being and reducing hospital visits for their loved ones.
