Summary
This study tested an online workshop for 109 family caregivers of people with dementia. The workshop taught caregiving skills and ways to manage stress and difficult emotions. The goal was to see if the workshop was feasible and helpful for caregivers, with the long-term aim of improving their health and well-being.
