Summary
This study tested whether online group singing classes could help new mothers with postnatal depression. 37 women with babies up to 9 months old joined 6 weekly Zoom singing sessions. The goal was to see if their depression symptoms improved, building on earlier in-person research that showed singing helped moms feel better faster.
