Summary
This study interviewed 12 mothers who had participated in HUGS mother-baby therapy groups for postpartum depression. The goal was to understand how the program affected their bond with their baby and their daily lives, 6 to 12 months later. Researchers used in-depth interviews to collect personal stories and identify common themes.
