NCT ID NCT06587139
Summary
This pilot study tested a new online program called the Teen Connection Project. It paired 56 transgender and gender-diverse teens (ages 14-18) with adult mentors from similar backgrounds for seven group sessions. The goal was to see if building social and emotional skills through mentorship could help prevent problems like depression, anxiety, substance use, and violence.
