Summary
This study tested whether a 12-week online program could help older adults who have finished cancer treatment. The program provided personalized nutrition advice from dietitians and resistance exercise guidance from exercise scientists, all delivered remotely. Researchers wanted to see if this approach was practical and could improve participants' physical function, diet quality, and strength.
