Summary
This study is testing whether a self-guided online course that teaches dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills is practical and helpful for adults with mild-to-moderate depression and anxiety. About 40 participants will take the 8-week course and complete surveys to measure how usable and acceptable it is. The goal is to see if this digital format can improve mental health symptoms.
