Summary
This study tested whether online dance classes or online therapeutic exercises could improve quality of life for people with Parkinson's disease. Forty participants were split into two groups, both including music. The goal was to see if these social telerehabilitation programs help with daily living and mood. This is not a cure, but a way to manage symptoms and improve well-being.
