Summary
This pilot study tests whether a one-day online cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) workshop can help women with postpartum depression in Türkiye. Sixty mothers with depressive symptoms will be randomly assigned to either the workshop or usual care. The study focuses on whether the approach is feasible and acceptable, and will measure changes in depression, anxiety, and thinking patterns after three months.
