First seen May 09, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether offering flexible online therapy (5-week, 8-week, or a self-paced option) helps college students with depression or anxiety complete treatment and feel better. About 200 students in Saskatchewan will choose their preferred course length and receive optional therapist support. The goal is to see which option works best for busy students.
