This study tests whether adding special content about loneliness to an internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy (ICBT) program helps people with depression and anxiety feel better. About 494 adults in Saskatchewan who report feeling lonely will take part. Some will get the standard online course, while others will also get extra lessons on loneliness, and researchers will compare their progress over 8 weeks.
