New pill tested for Tough-to-Treat brain cancers

Summary
This is the first study in people testing an experimental pill called ONC206 for adults with recurrent brain tumors that have few treatment options. The main goal is to find the highest safe dose and understand the side effects. Researchers will enroll about 102 patients to test different dose levels and schedules.
