Personalized meal plans tested to fight fatigue and pain after breast cancer
NCT ID NCT04293874
Summary
This study tested whether personalized meal plans encouraging more fish and less red meat could help women manage common symptoms after breast cancer treatment. Researchers worked with 98 women who had finished treatment 1-2 years prior and were experiencing fatigue, pain, depression, sleep issues, or stress. The goal was to see if this dietary approach was practical and could reduce these symptoms and related inflammation.
