Summary
This study looked at whether a personalized meal plan with more fish (rich in omega-3s) could help breast cancer survivors manage symptoms like fatigue, pain, depression, and sleep trouble. About 98 women who had finished treatment for early-stage breast cancer took part. The goal was to see if this diet approach was practical and could reduce inflammation and improve well-being.
