Summary

This study looked at whether smell training and/or physical exercise can improve thinking, movement, and quality of life in healthy adults aged 60 and older. About 120 participants were split into four groups: usual care, smell training, exercise, or both. The goal was to understand how these activities affect the brain and body, not to treat a disease.
