Targeted drug shows promise for Hard-to-Treat brain and bile duct cancers

Summary
This study tests a drug called olaparib in people with advanced cancers (like brain tumors, bile duct cancer, or other solid tumors) that have a specific gene change called IDH1 or IDH2 mutation. The drug works by blocking an enzyme that cancer cells need to grow. About 89 participants will receive olaparib to see if it can shrink tumors or slow the disease. This is not a cure, but aims to control the cancer.
