Summary
This study tests an experimental daily pill called aleniglipron for weight loss in 220 adults with obesity or overweight who also have a weight-related health issue. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo for 36 weeks, with the option to continue on the drug for another 36 weeks. The main goal is to see how much weight people lose and how safe the drug is.
