First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether eating oats for 6 weeks can improve cholesterol, blood pressure, and gut health in people who are overweight or have high cholesterol. Participants will follow a low-gluten diet rich in either oats or rice. Researchers will measure blood fats, inflammation, and gut bacteria to see if oats offer extra benefits.
