NYC health workers get help to beat burnout in new study

Summary

This study looks at how educational workshops can reduce stress and burnout and improve resilience in community health workers and frontline workers in New York City. About 168 participants will take surveys before and after the program. The goal is to learn what works best to support these workers, not to test a new drug or treatment.
