Summary

This study is investigating whether eating a daily mix of nuts for six months can improve mental health, reduce stress, and enhance thinking skills in young adults. It will involve 135 university students aged 18-25 who will be randomly assigned to either eat nuts or not. Researchers will measure changes in depression, anxiety, memory, and other brain functions to see if nuts make a difference.
