Study asks: are nuts the secret to a happier, sharper mind?
NCT ID NCT07292610
Summary
This study is testing whether eating a mix of nuts for six months can help improve mental health and thinking skills in young adults. Researchers will recruit 135 university students aged 18-25 to see if the nuts reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress, and improve memory and focus. The goal is to see if a simple dietary change can support brain function and emotional wellbeing during this important life stage.
