Summary
This study aims to clarify whether eating nuts helps prevent major chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and dementia. It will combine and analyze health data from over one million adults across the globe who have been tracked for at least five years. The goal is to provide clearer, more reliable evidence on how nuts might contribute to long-term health.
