Summary

This study tests whether meal replacements can help low-income adults with obesity, prediabetes, or type 2 diabetes lose weight and improve blood sugar control. About 20 participants will follow an intensive nutrition program for several weeks. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and effective for this population.
