Summary
This study aims to understand how nutritional counseling and combined exercise training affect markers of cellular aging in older women. It will involve 80 women aged 60-75, comparing those with normal weight and obesity. Researchers will measure changes in cell health, inflammation, body composition, and fitness over about 29 weeks to see if lifestyle changes can improve aging-related biology.
