Nuts for nerves: study tests if snacking boosts mood and memory

Summary
This study looks at whether eating nuts can help reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress in young adults aged 18 to 25. Researchers will also measure memory, thinking skills, and a brain-related protein called BDNF. A total of 135 university students will be randomly assigned to eat nuts or follow their usual diet for a period of time.
