Summary
This study tests whether nurse-led education can help people with chronic heart failure and their caregivers better manage the condition. Researchers will enroll 280 patients and their caregivers in Greece. The goal is to see if this education improves patients' quality of life, self-care, and medication adherence, while also reducing caregiver burden.
