New MRI scan could spot hidden lung damage in PH patients

Summary
This study aims to develop a noninvasive way to detect blood vessel changes in the lungs of people with Group 3 pulmonary hypertension (PH) using a special MRI technique. Researchers will compare MRI results with lung tissue from 30 patients awaiting lung transplant. The goal is to create a signature that could help identify who might benefit from PH-specific treatments in the future.
