First seen Nov 25, 2025 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study compares a non-invasive continuous blood pressure monitor (ClearSight) to the standard arterial catheter in 50 adults undergoing brain aneurysm repair. The goal is to see if the non-invasive device can safely detect dangerous blood pressure changes during surgery, potentially reducing the need for invasive lines. Participants are randomly assigned to one of the two monitoring methods, and their blood pressure events and recovery are tracked for 30 days.
