Summary
This study tested whether a quick MRI without contrast injection can spot signs of Crohn's disease as well as the standard MRI with contrast. 250 patients were scanned using both methods, and radiologists compared the results. If the injection-free approach works, it could make follow-up exams much more comfortable for patients.
