No-Needle MRI for Crohn's: shorter scans, same results?

NCT ID NCT06526234

First seen Jan 29, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tested whether a quicker MRI without contrast dye can detect Crohn's disease as well as the standard MRI that requires an injection. Researchers looked at scans from 250 patients to see if the simpler method could tell a normal from an abnormal exam. The goal is to make the procedure easier and more comfortable for patients.
