New drug duo aims to tame brain metastases in melanoma patients

Summary

This study is testing whether combining two drugs, nivolumab and relatlimab, can help control melanoma that has spread to the brain. About 30 adults with active brain metastases will receive the combination and be monitored for side effects and tumor response. The goal is to improve disease control, not to cure the cancer.
