Summary

This study tested the drug nivolumab in 35 people with a certain type of advanced colorectal cancer that had not responded to standard treatments. The goal was to see if the drug could stop the cancer from growing for at least 27 weeks. The trial focused on patients whose cancer cells showed a specific marker called class II expression.
