Laughing gas may ease pain of bladder botox shots

Summary

This study tests whether a mix of nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and oxygen can reduce pain during in-office bladder Botox injections for overactive bladder. About 96 adult women will receive either the gas plus standard numbing medicine or a sham mask plus standard care. Participants will rate their pain, anxiety, and satisfaction after the procedure.
