Summary

This study is looking for new ways to quickly diagnose sepsis, a life-threatening reaction to infection, in the emergency room. Researchers will study the immune responses of 3,300 adults with suspected infections to find patterns that signal sepsis. The goal is to improve early detection and understand long-term effects of sepsis.
