New hope for Hard-to-Treat breast cancer: Two-Drug cocktail shows promise

NCT ID NCT06963905

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study is for people with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer that has not responded to one prior treatment. It tests two combinations of drugs: one with sacituzumab govitecan and nivolumab, and another that adds a third drug, relatlimab. The goal is to see which combination is safer and works better at shrinking tumors. About 60 adults will take part, and treatment continues as long as it helps and side effects are manageable.
