This study is for people with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer who are already receiving the drug sacituzumab govitecan as part of their routine care. Researchers want to see how well the drug works in everyday practice and find biological markers (biomarkers) that predict which patients benefit most. About 60 participants will provide tumor tissue and blood samples for analysis.
