Summary
This Phase 3 trial tests whether Nuvastatic 300 mg capsules can reduce the crushing fatigue that often comes with chemotherapy. About 250 women with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer will take either the supplement or a placebo three times daily for 60 days while continuing standard chemo. Researchers will track changes in fatigue scores and quality of life to see if Nuvastatic offers real relief.
