Summary

This is an early-stage study to test the safety and initial effectiveness of a new drug called RO7502175 for people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be cured. The drug will be tested both by itself and combined with other approved cancer drugs. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see how the body processes the drug.
