New cancer drug enters first human trials for multiple advanced cancers

Summary

This is a first-in-human study to test the safety and find the right dose of a new drug called PF-08046054/SGN-PDL1V for people with advanced solid tumors. It will be tested alone and in combination with another cancer drug, pembrolizumab. The study is recruiting 714 participants with specific advanced cancers that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
