Summary
This study looks at whether exercises that focus on muscle control can reduce pain and improve knee function better than standard strengthening exercises. It involves 24 adults aged 18-40 with patellofemoral knee pain lasting over 3 months. Participants will do one of two exercise programs for 6 weeks, and researchers will measure pain, movement, and muscle activity before and after treatment.
