First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study looked at whether a non-invasive brain training method called neurofeedback can help veterans who have had a mild traumatic brain injury and still suffer from chronic headaches, trouble sleeping, and attention problems. 87 veterans were randomly assigned to receive neurofeedback or a control treatment. The goal was to see if neurofeedback could improve these symptoms and overall well-being.
