Can simple nerve exercises fix your rounded shoulders and neck pain?

NCT ID NCT07017738

Summary

This study tested whether a physical therapy technique called neural mobilization (gentle nerve gliding exercises) could improve posture and reduce pain in people with upper cross syndrome. Upper cross syndrome is a common postural problem involving tight and weak muscles in the neck, shoulders, and upper back, often seen in office workers and drivers. Researchers measured changes in forward head posture, rounded shoulders, and pain levels in 60 participants before and after treatment.
