Summary
This study tested if a short session of static neck stretching could lower blood pressure in healthy adults. Researchers measured blood pressure, tissue stiffness, and heart rate in 25 participants to see if stretching relaxes blood vessels. The goal was to see if this simple activity could be a practical way to support healthy blood pressure.
