First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study tested two at-home exercise programs in 40 computer professionals aged 25–45 with chronic neck pain. One group used a towel to perform gentle self-mobilization movements (self-SNAGs), while the other did neck-strengthening exercises with elastic bands. Both groups also received ergonomic advice. The goal was to see which approach better reduced pain and improved daily function over six weeks.
