Summary
This study tested two easy home treatments for chronic neck pain in 40 computer professionals aged 25-45. One group used a towel to gently move their neck (self-SNAG), while the other did strengthening exercises with elastic bands. Both groups also got posture tips. The goal was to see which method reduced pain and improved daily function better over six weeks.
