Summary

This study tests whether a physiotherapy program that combines neck motor control, core stabilization, and diaphragmatic breathing exercises works better than conventional neck exercises for people with chronic mechanical neck pain. Forty adults aged 18–60 with neck pain lasting over three months will be randomly assigned to either the integrated program or standard physiotherapy for six weeks.
